Let the Body Let Go.
You don't have to talk it through. You breathe, and Matthew guides the pace.
What it is.
And what it isn't.
Hard experiences don't only live in memory. They can stay in the body as tension, shallow breathing, poor sleep, or a nervous system that never quite stands down. Breathwork for trauma release uses guided, connected breathing to help the body let go of stress it has been holding — without having to put it all into words.
Matthew sets the pace and stays with you throughout. You can slow down or stop at any point. Strong feelings can surface during a session; that is expected, and you are guided through it, never pushed. Breathwork is a complementary practice, not a medical treatment, and it isn't suitable for everyone — Matthew will check it's right for you on the free call.

What clients say.
"Thank you to THE AMAZING Matthew David Robinson for all the brilliant hypnotherapy sessions to help me with my weight loss and portion control. You are one of the best hypnotherapists around — I've lost over 200lbs."
"I went to see Matthew after a very stressful period of my life. I lost someone very dear to me and not long after was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour. My anxiety levels went through the roof. Matthews calm manner really relaxed me and helped me go on to smash life in so many ways — including now training to be a stunt artist."
