Will I be unconscious during hypnosis?+
No. You'll be deeply relaxed but fully conscious and in control the entire session.
How many sessions will I need?+
Most clients see change inside 1–3 sessions. We'll be honest with you after session one.
What if it doesn't work for me?+
If you do the work and see no change, we'll talk. We're not in this to take your money — we're in this to fight.
